Tele Echo Tube (8:55) By pansypeluch. In this interview Hill Hiroki Kobayashi discusses his 2010 exhibit Tele Echo Tube at the Museo Universitario de Arte Contemporaneo (MUAC) in Mexico City. Dr. Kobayashi is Chair, World Forum for Acoustic Ecology (WFAE). He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Engineering.
