A City Searches for a Microphone (2:57). A participatory sound intervention in which a microphone is placed at a secret spot in the city. Its signal is streamed in real-time via radio and internet. Participants try to track the sound source using portable radios or smartphones. The project extends one’s everyday “body bound” perspective out into the environment. Source: Vimeo
